Can+ proof of financial support needed or not

Hi all

I have found the below note in the document checklist (IMM5853E) under proof of funds.

Can+ if you have travelled to canada in the last 10 years or currently hold a valid U.S nonimmigrant visa and can provide proof ( entry stamps in passport, proof of valid visa) no proof of financial supports is needed.

For all others, proof of financial support to cover the expenses for the duration of your visit.


It better to provide proof of financial supports along with my application. or i have to follow the instruction in the document checklist?

Please provide all the supporting documents and Proof of funds. I personally checked with VFS they said it always better to provide.

For all others, proof of financial support to cover the expenses for the duration of your visit.
