I am scheduled for an inland interview with immigration. Has anyone ever gone through this process? Or know the questions they would ask ? Are they very intimidated ? I am anxious to find out.

I am doing a common law application. Cbsa wants my fiancé to come in and report but also requesting for an interview.

1. You're not a PR and this isn't about residency obligation, so you've posted in the wrong forum.

2. Your fiance reporting to CBSA is more likely an issue of overstaying, is it not?

3. Is IRCC asking for the interview or CBSA? Different situations and different outcomes.

so, if fiance overstayed a visa officer can still call her/him fiance in for interview because of overstay? Would there still be a admissibility issue because of overstay?
