You cant submit webform when there is no AOR yet as the online team cant search for the file if its not yet loaded into the system. if the file is incomplete then they dont load into the system. So no use.
if the file will gets returned then he can attach the proof and resend immediately.
That is true :( Then he'll have to wait for another year, as his new application will go to the end of the queue...

Did most people get told their application was in process by email? I just logged in on the site to check and it says it started processing on November 23rd. My mistake right there but could you update the Google Doc, please?

Looks like we may start getting test invites by Spring '21

Like a lot of people in the world, this year has really changed a lot. I did see that on this link you are expected to be in Canada even though it's a virtual test. I do find it a bit ridiculous that they expect everyone to be in Canada even though peoples' lives change as this whole process has been so heavily delayed. Also, if you have got this far in your application process, it's hardly like you've not dedicated a lot of time to living/working in Canada etc.

It's a requirement and i don't see anything ridiculous. If you don't want to take it now then do it when you are in Canada but don't expect to bend it.

It's a requirement from a pretty antiquated system that has had to be overhauled like a lot of things in life this year. I just feel that they are many situations that could cause potential issues in this that's all.

Say you aren't in Canada and are looking after a family member/friend that is very sick and you have to stay with them. Say if you are unwell yourself and have been advised not to travel. Say that due to your own financial situation you cannot afford to travel to Canada. Also, along with all these hypothetical scenarios (and possibly many more), there is still an ongoing global pandemic. Just odd that they'd want people potentially travelling into Canada when that could easily be avoided if everything is virtual.

Personal circumstances don't seem like they are being considered. Plus the fact that not every country at this moment is able to travel to Canada (US, UK). This is all still very unpredictable and just because I'm not on a certain bit of land on this planet, sitting at my laptop, I wouldn't be able to take it? That is why I see this as being a bit ridiculous.

basically if you are in another country and unable to travel to Canada that would mean that you either don't have a job or you do not study here.

Well, that's not true though is it? If you are legally allowed to work for Canadian companies, who's to say you have to be in Canada to work for them? I'm pretty sure global remote work has skyrocketed this year.
