Hi can anybody give me some info please.
I got my pre arrival letter on the the 4th of December. But now, I have been suspended from Work and I face a diciplinary hearing in January, which might result in dismissal !
What would happen to my pr application if i was dismissed?

Sounds like you are an inland applicant on a OWP? Getting fired shouldn't affect your app unless there was some type of criminal charges filed in relation to it. An inland applicant is not required to be working.

Jokes aside, please calm down and write a bit more about your situation.

1. What Program/Stream of PR have you applied for? Eg, is it PNP under Express Entry? Is it family based? Is it Federal Skilled Worker? Is it Federal Skilled Trade? Is it Canadian Exeperince Class in Express Entry? Is it paper based?

2. At what stage are you currently?

3. How is your job connected to your PR?

4. What is the issue you are facing at job? Is it a criminal investigation?

5. Whats your current immigration status in Canada? Open Work Permit? Closed Work Permit? Temporary Resident Permit?

You have put your post under Family Class application. Is it an application under family class? Then your job should not be an issue.

As others have pointed out, we need more information to answer your question.

If you are being sponsored by your spouse (as in this family sponsorship section), then losing a job is not related to the application at all.

What does you getting fire have to do with your pre-arrival letter? Is your job dependent on you getting your PR. I believe you're worrying for no reason.
