Hi... I have a dependent not upto 18 years. So he doesn't need to fill the form. But as for the passports, that is the only thing I am waiting for because it is currently in transit. The immigration consultant I asked too said I should not print a soft copy here cos the dependant is in my country which is wat the govt required. So u can send a soft copy of the forms to them in your country... They will print and mail it back to you with their passportHello all.
We need to keep updating this thread for more information please.
This program is still new to us all and some Lawyers are giving differing opinion.
To those who have spouse and kids in their home country, did you send them Family and background forms to till and mail back here?
Also, the 2 passport photographs, did you ask them to send it also?
The forms says those accompanying or not must fill these forms and put in their passports.
My Lawyer said I have to while other Lawyers cant give an affirmative answer.
Looking forward to more contribution.
Thanks.

A4 Is A4. We are still saying the same. Send a soft copy that you have not signed yet. They will print it after filling. Sign it, and then mail it back through courier. The if you have to sign... You can now sign when it gets to youThank you for your contribution.
In the same form,if you check the checklist, they said original copy only.So to me,I just had to tell them to fill it at my home country where my spouse and kids are and use a courier to mail it down.
I had to do this to avoid any form return or query.
The A4 paper they use here differ from the one we use back home.
