I have an closed work permit that expires in 5 months, I applied to PNP and I am waiting for the results. I am curious to know if I can extend my current work permit, in the worse case scenario not having the decision about the PNP.
My job offer is valid and permanent. I don't think I need another LMIA, right? Just regular extension...
Does anyone knows anything about it?

You need to apply to BOWP only after you receive the approval of your PNP. Otherwise change your status
