Visitor Visa for Husband and Kids

I would like to apply for a visitor Visa for my Husband and my 2 kids, knowing that I have a valid Visitor Visa until Oct 2021 and my daughter has an Expired Visitor Visa.
what do you think will my husband and my 2 kids get approval for a visitor visa during this difficult time with Corona.
what do you recommend the best period for applying.
NOTE: My Brother is living in Canada and he's Canadian.

When do you want to travel?

Right now processing times for TRVs are very long. So you will probably want to submit their applications soon.

Also, your family will need authorization if they want to travel while COVID-19 restrictions are in place.

What is your status in Canada? If you are coming on a visitor visa, only you are allowed to get authorization to travel as your brother is Canadian. Your family is not under the definition of extended family of your brother.
