He must had deferred, I myself deferred 3 times from May 2020 to May 2021.

Not necessarily. I've got an AIP for May,2021 and I applied on 15th July.

I've also verified with IRCC that my AIP is legit even though it came on 3rd September.

Good for you, it's true that not all AIPs are false.

no one should think aip is false. just misinformation.
1-2 may be a glitch rest 99% are correct

Wouldn't say that here but it's a public DLI and the admission is competitive. I am an engineer going for project management and my work experience domain is aligned with commercial real estate project mgmt.
