timeline and status update for 2-Way passport request from IRCC and process time from VFS , Applicants from India

My dad's passport has been dispatched through blue dart from vac today. Mom's application still under processing at ircc.

What was your timeline for passport submission ? When was it picked and when did it reach IRCC for processing

I have a representative who got the PPR email from sydney CIO and shared it with me. Now he says that we need to wait for another email from NDVO. Only after NDVO email, we can take further steps... is this ryt????

Sorry to ask here. But do anyone have idea that which all flights except Air canada can be booked from india to canada? What to be kept in mind while booking? Any best online platform for this to check (which will tell travel/visa restrictions for flights)?
