My application update:

Refused on 15 Dec.2020

Chances of refusal after AIP are definitely not low. I have seen many refusals already and one can argue that the course didn't match and there could be other intentions that the officer pointed out. However, that is not the point. That was what AIP was for. These things were supposed to be assessed for AIP so people would have either moved on or reapplied by now with better SOPs. Some students are finding it difficult to even get a refund from the school. Some have left their jobs in their home country to study for the program.

Also, a lot of people go for Post Graduate Diploma programs because MBAs are expensive. In any case, it's really sad that students are getting rejections after they have already finished their semester.

Got rejected on December 2019 on basis that i haven't submitted fees receipt and ielts and loa which was totally unfair came to know about this in may when i received my gcms notes
Reapplied again in june 25th wrote in my sop that false rejection on last submission
Git aip on 3rd sep
Passed medical on 4th dec
No update after that
Was studying in sep intake but than had to withdraw fearing the rejection again so now will start from sem 1 in jan

Refusals usually follow immediately after the medicals/biometrics are updated to a complete status, it's very unlikely that you'll be refused now since considerate amount of time has passed.

Some was continuously saying that refusal after AIP is a social media thing. I knew a girl who received in November n now mine. Refusal Reason is " I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit."

A good SDS profile accepted by University, with 8 years of reputed company's genuine experience.

Attending online classes, knowing that University has no refund policy if we have attended classes.

I am gonna apply in couple of days; addressing their refusal reason and presenting my fall semester academic standings

Email received from applicant requesting for reconsideration of decision. New documents submitted and reviewed. Refusal decision remains, I am not satisfied with Proof of financial status and purpose of study. I have reviewed all the documentation provided for this application Summary of key findings below. - Integrated Scarch record noted -1 Previous SP applications refusals noted New LOA submitted noted - English test results has not been provided: unable to determine applicant's ability to handle an English-language course load. I have condoms with the applicant's ability to handle an English-language course load, given the added difficulties for those studying abroad. Concerns regarding PA's ability to support studies In Canada: According to the new LOA, tuition fees has not been paid for two semesters and PA do not provide a GIC document on file. - Given the applicant's previous education history, I am not satisfied the motivation to pursue this particular program, at this point in time in Canada, is reasonable: See LOA Therefore, I am not satisfied that the applicant would be a bona fide student in Canada who will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay. Application refused.

After this i changed from fleming to Confederation didn't changed course as i am really interested in IBM

All seem to be frail technical reasons, nothing major from my view. No mention about any major eligibility reason.

Now I am scared as I got my medical passed around your time only. Almost similar profile with total experience of 9 years!!
In GCMS notes, it is clearly mentioned that AIP was genuine.

I would suggest you to apply for gcms see the exact reason than reapply don't be in hurry as i have seen many people getting rejected so reapplies immediately
Also when was your medical got passed?

What are you planning? SDS or non-SDS this time? Also, how do you even reapply with non-SDS? I remember if you have all the SDS docs it automatically goes through SDS. Maybe I am missing something.
