I personally advise you to send PCC with your application to make your application process fast. they are going ask for it anyways. Right now waiting time for PR is already 18 months. i am from india. PCC process is 8 week long. so i started it today. I'll submit my PR file probably by end of January.

additionally, i am not sure but I don't think pnp makes you eligible for OHIP.
To be eligible for OHIP, there are two requirements:
first: you should be residing in Ontario for a certain time
The second requirement for your case is: getting the AOR

@iukhan hey I have one doubt about PR application. In checklist, point 16 - they are asking for photograph of each family member weather accompanying or not. I am not married. so does it only include dependent family such as spouse and children or it also includes parents as well ? Thanks.
No not parents, all who are part of the PR application

this doesn't make sense, cuz usually, it takes less than 20 days from dip to nomination. I sent an email to them and got no reply.
you wrote the ON government email but there is no reply? I am now curious whether they are already on holiday...
