Hi guys
anybody from NewZealand

Actually i am working in McDonald's as a Department Manager, so
according to thejob description, i have chosed 6311- Food Service Supervisors
as ofcourse being in McDonald's you can't create Menu as it's automatically from Head Office
Can't do stock order as that's the responsibility of Stock Department Manager..
My responsibilities does include hiring but I never hired someone till date as we got HR for that..

I was thinking, is there any chance that I can select 0631- Restaurant & Service Manager

When you selecting NOC.. is it required that you should doing all the tasks as stated by NOC
And do you need evidence for performing that tasks..
OR you just need a letter from employer that you have done those..??

And lastly, does your payslips need exact position on them, or it doesn't matter?

As in NewZealand, you can show your income through payslip and also from statements from Income Tax, and Bank statements are also other option..What is more sutiable..?

Please provide the right information,

As per IRCC, what matters is that your job duties listed in your work reference letter should substantially match the job duties of the NOC selected. It does not matter whether your job title matches or not, but the job duties should.

You will never file anything that matches 100%. IRCC clearly states: "The applicant does not need to demonstrate that they meet the “employment requirements” listed in the NOC occupational description."

The Job duties listed in your work reference letter should substantially match the job duties of the NOC selected, you do not ned to meet the employment requirements, including that of a license.
