Hi has anyone couriered passport photos before to IRCc? I got a passport photo submission request to submit to a P.O Box address in NS Sydney. However I’m currently outside Canada, and fedex, dhl etc don’t deliver to PO Boxes. I checked on ircc website and saw they have a courier address-

I then sent my photos here. It got delivered in 2 days and someone signed for it. It’s been over a month and whenever I call ircc, they say it’s not been updated on their system yet. has anyone experienced this?

Yes I mailed my passport photos using USPS from USA. And then just patiently waited, didn’t even ask them if it was received. It took about a month for Sydney office from when the photos were delivered (from USPS status) to approved. This was in February-March right before lockdown. So I’m assuming right now it may take longer.
I have sent through this address, same case with me too. They are saying not updated in system. In my case, I have actually sent through registered canada post and I have signature.

I sent mine to Ottawa and it took 2 full months from receipt to mailing out. I'm expecting mine to arrive any day now based on my update in GCKey.

Yes, my PR card application. I believe I checked my GC Key on November 28 and the status had changed to approved.
It was about a day after I mailed it, which was a day after receiving PR. I mailed it to Ottawa, and I live in the NCR, so it got there very quickly. I was able to link on GC Key very shortly thereafter,
PR received 9/28, PR card photo and letter mailed in on either 9/28 or 9/29 (I received my COPR kind of early on 9/28, so I might have gotten my new picture taken in and mailed that same day). I'm not 100% sure of the date they were received, but let's say 9/30. After they receive the photo, IRCC enters it into their system. Once they've entered, you'll be able to link. It's not nearly as painful as the rest of the PR process, but it does take a little time and patience.
PR card received 11/30, 2 months after I mailed my photo and COPR letter in.

Thank you all for the support and guidance and answering any questions that I had raised. We have received the PR cards and this post is to give a final update and timeline with my application and also my dependent’s application.
My application :
COPR - Jan 15 2020
Landing date - June 25 2020
PR card application linked to profile - June 27
SIN Application (online) - July 11
SIN received - July 21
PR card Photos resubmission request - Sept 28
Photos reached Nova Scotia Sydney - Sept 30
Ghost update - October 14th
Approval Email and message on profile - Oct 16th
PR card delivered - Oct 22nd.
Dependent’s application -
COPR - Jan 15 2020
Landing date - June 25 2020
PR card application linked to profile - Sept 1 ( His profile had issues with some information missing and we had to mail and call IRCC to get it corrected so there was a three month delay to get his profile linked )
SIN Application (online) - July 11
SIN received -Sept 24 (His profile had issues with some information missing and we had to mail and call IRCC to get it corrected and only after his profile was linked we were able to get the SIN application sorted)
Ghost update - Oct 27
Approval email and message on application profile - Oct 29
PR CARD delivered - Nov 6
Though we took photos at the same place only my profile was requested photos for the second time and my spouse didn’t get any photo resubmission request.
We got the PR cards and SIN delivered to a friend’s address in Canada and they couriered everything to us via FedEx International Priority and we received everything in two days to USA.
