I am hoping we get some good news by the end of the year! But I feel like they will start processing next year now! My AOR date is July 18.Hi @canvis06 and @byorderofthepeakyblinders (great nickname by the way, ha) -
I am in Vancouver and ON and others are in the future and blocking the line for us hahahaha, so I can never reach an agent, it's 8:00 AM when I tried to call but the only person that answers is the machine, and it always says the same thing: "We are reviewing if you're meeting the eligibility blaaaaaaaaaah!"...
AOR: July 29, 2020
Eligibility:
We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Medical:
Passed.
Review of additional documents:
We do not need additional documents.
Biometrics:
We have not received your fingerprints. Check your biometrics request message below for details.
BUT: Agents told all fine as previous biometrics linked in the upper right corner!
Background:
We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
AYE!
Is the "We are processing the background check" a step forward or was that message always like this?
Do you think us July's will get the COPR by the end of the month? What do you think, what are the timelines for each and everyone?
When i applied in july she was in India but just after my pr application she got her SOWP approved and now she is in Canada with me.May I ask whether your spouse is inside or outside Canada?
The updates about passed eligibility and background is got via GCSM notes or IRCC agent.AOR is july 10th and literally have no updates yet except medical which was passed on sep 1st and biometrics Oct 9th. i know so many people applied after me got so many updates about passed background and eligibility. anyone else have the same situation with same AOR date.
You got the news and all is good. If you want to know more details, you can send a webform or request your GCMS notes. You cannot decipher more than what the IRCC call centre rep said.@legalfalcon ,
Sir , just spoke to IRCC agent , Eligibility recommended pass , Background check in process , was asking about Rprf which I have already paid but she said need to pay $500 more but I told her my spouse was non-accompanying , then she checked and said it was correct. I was told all is good, where do I stand ? Pl let me know , I am tired of waiting to hear from my rep, never gives me an answer
Ok thanks , is it a positive sign ? Can only wait it seems. You got the news and all is good. If you want to know more details, you can send a webform or request your GCMS notes. You cannot decipher more than what the IRCC call centre rep said.
