I have been submitting webforms since March and all they got to say was that: they have all the information needed, and they have forwarded it to the concerned team.

Have you tried contacting their customer support ? or asking IRCC via twitter ?Yeah, they did not respond to my last webform either.

Yes, I tried that. They are requesting me to submit a webform. I also spoke to IRCC customer care and they said everything looks good in my profile. They said they have all the information needed.
They also said that they have received my webform and forwarded it to the concerned team who would process BIL, but no luck yet.
Not sure what else to do to get my BIL.

From my understanding BIL is received after medical is passed which normally takes 30-45 days. Due to Covid19 it could more time now. Please wait and see if your medical gets passed or no. Then you might get the BILDid you get it or anything? What did you do? I'm worried about the same.

Its been 10 months and I still haven't received my BIL. I filed my visa application on March-10.
I have raised several webforms, but NO LUCK.
