Guys, my application was delivered on 2nd Sep yet no news from CIC. Are we seeing similar pattern for July and August or is it just me who is waiting for AOR from early Sep?

I wanted to confirm if I can submit transcript of diploma that I received from post secondary college in Canada. Would it be sufficient?

I am not been able to find IELTS General test result.
