Study permit and Dependent Visa

Hello , Recently my wife got study permit approved. We applied together as spouse and dependent kids but our decision is still pending. Does it not provide the decision at same time. As i know, they provide the decision at same time. Please suggest.

Decisions aren’t necessarily at the same time. SOWPs & visitor visas can take longer.
