I want some expert guidance regarding about my brother study visa for Canada. He got rejected for his visa 2 months back due to not able to explain home tie properly & career goal after completing a course. So we applied again last month. Now his classes will start from January 2021 and we cannot defer as we had already defer once from September intake to January. By 18th December we have to let the college know should he start the classes or should he request for refund.
My question is:
1. If he start the online classes while the visa is in process state will the classes be calculated with the work permit later on?
2. If we request for refund from college and visa is issued after wards for the same college will there be problem for it? Can he take admission to other colleges or universities with the same visa? Or he need to cancel his visa as well and apply for a new one again?
