What was ADR of August and September ?

In Aug it's about updating my travel history, previously they asked for last 10 years but now they want a history from 18 years old. For Sep they are asking for copy of my degree and to prove my current location.

I think it's good, they are working on your file

I think transferring files between office could mean different things, 1. They are definitely working on your applications, which is good. 2. They want to dig more into your files so typically this will prolong your processing time.
