All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

I am new to this forum , I need help.
I am sponsoring my wife , I have applied on 5th July 2019. In August 2019 I received Aor and September 2019 I received sponsorship eligibility. On 30 October 2019 my file was moved to New a delhi. On 18th March 2020 my wife got a call from Ndvo and it went well and they just asked to send more photos. That we did.
Yesterday I received again sponsorship eligibility letter dated 11 December 2020 with a different file number. My wife’s mycic shows that the application is canceled. But we were able to link our file with the new file number. There it shows application received on 5th July 2019 but with different file number and uci. On ecas it’s says we started processing your file from 11 December 2020

My original medicals expired in sept this year but my gc key shows medical passes on 6 Nov. May be they have extended it like many others on the forum. I will update the copr as soon as I receive it.
Can some tell if we have to fill this section in Vfs consent form

They don’t help much of the processing is happening outside Canada. At least that was my experience
I remember someone posting here recently that the MP's office told them that their passport request was issued on November 07, but they never received it. Does anyone know if that person got the PPR finally ?
please advise I missed two calls from the immigration officer. My notes said an interview required. Is the call legit? My representative tried to call me later the day the officer called. Anyways, any suggestion?
How do you know those calls were from IRCC, familiar phone number? What was the duration between 2 missed calls?
What did your representative say?
They might schedule another call and might notify the time in advance. But, you should be careful now to pick up the next call considering it to be spontaneous.
