Hey all
My application is locked since march 2019 and I have ordered gcms notes and I am not getting what could be the reason for such a long delay of approx 2 years.

Thanks for the advice but I need to get PR to start my things in Canada. I am just wondering if somebody is facing same problem or can help me in explaining gcms notes by case analyst.

Assessment says:
Eligibility: review required
Criminality: not started
Security: not started
Medical: passe
Info sharing: complete

and at end of this document, in notes section, Review required MI3 is written in recommendation by case analyst.

Yes..everytime their answer is “some files are complex and takes more than normal processing time”.
I would go further unless you have enough points to resubmit but that's not to say the same will not happen. I would find out the complaints procedure, 2 years is a awful time. Did you apply tor express entry

Yes, express entry CEC.My main point is that everything is OK with my application, no issue in anything then what can be the possible reason. My lawyer has said to wait till next month. As maybe, things take turn in new year and then some sort of miracle happens otherwise I will consider other options.

2 years is a bit too harsh, I would suggest taking control of situation by callin IRCC and messaging regularly.

Yes..My lawyer has contacted IRCC and they always reply with the message "Delay is due to covid " or "some files are complex. They take more than normal processing time".

Yes, their response is always some standard message and customer support staff are abit idiotic,
after spending so much time u can perhaps wait for few more days and expect 2021 brings good news. Not sure they were still working reduced hours in 2019 due to covid..

but yes this is height of non sense on their part
