Looking for some guidance on BC PNP

Dear All,
I would like to know some additional detail related to BC PNP.
I was going through EEBC "https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/BC-PNP-Express-Entry-B-C/EEBC-Skilled-Worker" and Skilled Worker Eligibility "https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/BC-PNP-Skills-Immigration/Skilled-Worker".

But one information is not getting clear to me "have at least two (2) years of directly related work experience". Does this mean that the 2 years work experience on the same NOC code to be done from BC only or the experience from any province will satisfy.

Your help will be very much appreciated.

Your BC job offer and NOC must match your work experience. Your experience doesn’t have to be from BC.

Thank you very much for the quick information !!. I would also like to know, from employer point of view if I will get IBM Canada job offer from BC, will that be helpful to support as required BC Job offer or there are list of employer who are only entitled to support BC PNP.

IBM can’t find anyone to do the job in BC. That is what IBM will need to prove. Does IBM meet the employer eligibility requirements for BC (corporate established, pay taxes in BC etc.). It is in the guidelines.
