IQAS ECA timeline tracking

I applied ECA for Bachelor's & MBA.
Application Submitted: 30th-October
MBA docs delivered at IQAS on 02nd November (Hard Copies)
Bachelor docs delivered at IQAS on 16th November (Hard Copies)
Till today status is submitted, not even changed to application received.
Is this normal?

if you are getting 2 degrees evaluated in IQAS then also you will have to pay more, as you have to pay per degree(this was atleast my understanding while filling the application). Please read the threads and am sure you will find the right answer.
You have 2 options:
1) You get only MBA evaluated (less time and you pay for only one degree). If you get Masters then no further action required. If you get bachelors, then you get the other degree also evaluated (or better go to WES and get grad and post grad evaluated together for same fee and quick result. As then all you can opt for is 2 degrees and not masters in Express entry form)
2) You send both MBA and graduation degree (my view you will have to pay for each degree). Also more time.

I had checked one of the PDFs where they have mentioned the list of MBA schools from India whose PGDM is considered as MBA by AIU.

There is no normal with IQAS. Better to reach out to them through web form. It might help to move forward your case.
I emailed them 2 times they haven't replied to that. Last week I called them and they said they are opening documents delivered on 19 October.
Also, after submitting application does status changes to application received and then to inline for processing or it directly changes from submitted to inline for processing ?

Can you please share how to share docs via true copy? Is it available for India?
Did anyone try using vpn from a server outside India? Just curious if the issue is with India server only
My status change: Submitted -> In-Line for Processing ->Final Review -> Mailed
Please note i shared my application through Truecopy (soft copy).
I did not encounter any other status. But with IQAS there is no fixed method. Every application is following its own timeline and status change.
All you can do is wait and keep enquiring.

Quick view on the steps (you can find detailed steps in one of the threads)
1) Contact them by posting a webform on their website. Then they will start a communication channel with you on Email.
2) Ask your college to send your transcripts to them via email (also include stamped degree copy and iqas form).
3) Truecopy will then verify and reach out to you for payment. (total is around 700+500, 2 step payment)
4) And once paid they will send the docs to IQAS
They are almost 1.5 months behind as far as hard copies are concerned.
Regarding status changes, I see many people posting status changing from submitted>>received>>inline>>processing and so on. That's why I was concerned bcz in my case it's just submitted.
When I called them over a week ago, they said the same that they're opening 19th Oct packages. On the same day, my status changed to In-line for processing, which was a week after my Uni had directly E-mailed them my docs (Late Nov.). In general I noticed that Electronic copies take less time to be acknowledged, however, don't worry as they're definitely opening later packages than they mention on the phone.
