A friend of mine got his PGWP refused due to part time status in 2-3 sems (not sure). Is there anyway he can apply for PGWP so that he doesnt loose his time spent on the course he did?
No not really, PGWP rules say you have to be full time except in last semester so refusal is correct here, officer may make exception at their own discretion based on the circumstances.
