I would like to find out if Additional Documents are mandatory for Pakistani applicants or do they just ask applicants with more complex case?

If it's on the country specific check list, then you need to include it. Otherwise, wait for them to be requested.

They are only mandatory if IRCC requests them, otherwise there is no ADR, some people get the request some don't, nobody can tell you whether you will, all depends on your case.
