Processing time of PRTD application submitted electronically(by email)-VAC closed-INDIA

I am inland now and need ro travel India due to health issue of family member. I already applied for PR card but its still not shown in the system. I was wondering about prtd via email and approval within week I heard from other forums. I was confused with different info on different forums and on their website processing time shows "varies"
Oh I see..unfortunately I’m not sure what is obtainable in India.I applied from London as the visa application centre in London is open. Before the visa office opened I applied via Email application and I didn’t hear anything from them.I’m not sure of the processing time online ,but I think it’s quite long.
Hi Guys, I am from Delhi and ready to apply for 2nd PRTD by email. 1st PRTD I could not travel due to Covid-19.
I have filled all the application form, scanned all the documents seperatly in PDF files.
I want to know if anyone has applied by email as VAC is not accepting paper application for PRTD.
I am planning sending application by email and all documents by attachment.
So, Is this the right method these days.

I have few below queries related to PRTD application. I have done my virtual landing on 23 Nov and got the SIN number updated and planning to travel to India tomorrow.
1. What is the process to apply for the PRTD from India(whether VFS offices are accepting the applications for the PRTD or not? If they are accepting it then what is the procedure for that?)
2. If we chose to apply through an email application then should we attache the photograph as a separate PDF or should we attach it on the application form and then scan it?
3. I didn't understand the concept of sending the complete application package to the VFS office center, can somebody please explain how this procedure works?

Can you please explain the process that you followed in short? I am from India and don't understand whether I should go with the email or mail application to vfs.

My situation: I am a CEC inland applicant with AOR-May 14 2020, Medical approved on July 6 Bio given on Oct 22 with VO- Ottawa.waiting for COPR.
My questions:
1)Should I travel to india before or after COPR?
2)If I am travelling after COPR should i apply for PR card and then travel ?
3)I am going to stay in India for more than 3 months so when should I apply for PRTD?

I went on ircc website, filled the form, gathered the required documents and couriered it to the vac in London. I didn’t apply my mail because the vac here is open. Not sure if this is the case in India
