Hello everybody
I am applying for study permit and i have some query :
I was living in turkey for 4 years and I was making 2 activities :
- I was working for a travel agency as operating officer
- I was making some wholesale e-commerce activity

I did not have any work permit with that travel agency , but I was Staying legal with a residence permit . Also I was traveling too much between turkey and my home country since all our customers were from my home country ( I used to stay more or less 5-6 months in turkey then go my home country for 1-2 months then come back to turkey ... and so on for 3,5 years )

Then later I came back my home country and worked for 3 years till now .

Do you think Ircc will ask me for a work permit or any tax declaration for my activities in turkey ?
Do you think that the fact of working that way will weaken my application for study permit ?!

YOUR INSIGHTS ARE MUCH VALUABLE PLZ

No and no.
You will probably/may be asked to submit police clearance certificates from both countries, but that's all.

Hello hodari
Thanks for your quick feedback .
Should I explain that situation in the sop ? Or no need to write things that will raise questions ?!
I already have my pcc and ll is clean
Plz can you write me on my email as I have more personal details to get advice from you ?

You're wayyyy overthinking this. No need to explain anything in SOP that has nothing to do with your study plan.

Hodari is right
They always ask for pcc from any country where we have spent more than 6 months that’s why I already got my PCC
Oh ! i didn't know that , is it mendatory ? i mean do they always ask about it ? cause i've been told that's only for Residential Status, Employment.

For study permit, not always. I applied for a study permit on behalf of my sister who lives in the UAE and they did not ask her for one.
She's also only 18 and had no recent travel history, so it could be different for others.

Yes true
There are 2 countries for which they don’t ask pcc
- UAE but only for study permit ( other types of visas they ask about it )
- KSA in case of a person who already left the country , in this case thy don’t ask for it coz KSA doesn’t issue that document for Outland people

What about applying without child ? Do you think it’s better ? As I am divorced and can not take child with me in the begining !
