Hi, have you received any feedback when you uploaded your medical exam sheet through webform. Mine I did on Dec 2nd and got a ghost update on Dec 7th but nothing changed up until now!

Today i received lettet request that
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schdule A Background Declearation form(IMM5669) bearing an original signatue Updated from January 2020.
I understand to wrie my signature.
I dont get Updated from Jan 2020. What shoud i do?
Please help me out

What do you mean not got updated from jan 2020 you sent your application in march according to your timeline in your signatures
And did you made any mistake in your forms like did not sign or something originally?
Got my AOR at 8:30 PM (EST time) today!! Finally! AR is May 15th, 2020. Inland. Ontario PNP. 2 people.
It is advisable when your gckey show 12 months left to complete your application.
Do I need to send e-medical forms for upfront medical tests using web form. Or they will assign them automatically to my file ? Outland.
