Yea you can. That’s what I did for my Outland dependant. Once you get the medical done upload it in cic webform
Sometimes it shows in cic account. Submit a webform to check status about your medical
I have filled webform that my application is received or not and get reply same third time as

I sent my paper based application documents in Aug 2020 and it reach as per courier in end of august 2020

Just send them a WebForm to get an answer - 89% is a short time to Medical / DM and CoPR but you definitely will get it

I’ve just received my notes.
It said that eligibility, criminaliy and medical are passed, security is not started.
Location: ready for ps- since feb 2020
But Application assignment is blank, is this strange? Can anyone help me explain this?
Ps: I’m AR sept 2019, my medical was extend in sept 2020

Hlo guys can anyone tell me I submit proof of relationship, rcmp fingerprints and imm 5562 form already . What’s next step after this . I have completed 19 months already . Timeline 100% pls guide me m so worried
