But i used a friend's credit card for it and her name appears on the receipt "card holder's name".
Is this ok ? as there is no reference to my name or application number in it.

It does not matter whose CC you used. Just send the receipt to IRCC via webform if you paid the fee after submitting the application.

I'm a little concerned because I have no updates at all and I see people here who received the AOR after me and already got updates.

no need.. even i am also at your stage..submitted RPRF ...my additional doc status changed to " Not applicable"...what about you...whats status of your additional documents..

If you had an upload window in your MyCIC account, you do not have to send it again via webform.

Even you are using an agent, you can still call IRCC, you have your AOR, you must have all your details that IRCC agent ask to confirm your identity. It is the best way to get the most recent update. It might take an hour, but after trying for 3-4 times, you will be transferred to an IRCC agent.
