Hello guys i got a arrested by police because there was a CBSA warrant on me i overstayed in country. Cbsa put me on reporting by email every next month second of Wednesday. Please let me know what will happen next?

You can still be deported during an H&C case. You need to be speaking to a lawyer.

Does this mean you must report to them by email every 2ndmonth on a wednesday until stage 1 approval which may take 1 year?

1. Because CBSA issued an Arrest warrant which goes on CPIC and the police check CPIC when they checked the OP and bingo! there was an arrest warrant, which the police executed.

I spoke with my laywer she said CBSA gonna write a report against me to IRB. They will do my Admissibility Hearing. She said i will get my admissibility hearing soon.

So the writer was arrested because he/she overstayed. If he/she had applied for h&c before being caught would he/she still face an admissibility hearing?

H&C application doesn't mean that removals are stopped. The H&C case will continue even if you are deportd.
