yes.my failed attempts was some hrs ago. i think the website was updated today hence the submission went through this afternoon.

if you already applied try contacting them, to maybe withdraw one of the application. Maybe you can withdraw once you get AOR.

Yes whenever I can i will withraw the mail application as it has not one but two errors, wrong passport expiry date and iy also has a little mistake on the presence calculator.

I too can confirm the system has started excepting applications...I had many failed attempts, reduced attachment size etc and it still wouldn't work this morning. Now tonight I logged in and hit submit without changing anything from last time it came back error and it was successful. Hoorah! CIC system is obviously just being glitchy. I would say if you have all green check marks to keep trying every so often.

Feel free. IRCC will check the system and if there is already another application in system, then they will simply reject and return your paper application.

Mine got received last week but I already applied online today. The paper one got a couple mistakes so they were probably gonna return it anyways, just do it we don't lose amything.

I agree. My paper application is probably very close to getting an AOR but at this point, I really wish they pick up my online application first and just return the paper.
