For the once's who are tight with money, how is it possible to work and be student at the same time? Is it 20 hours a week enough to make dead ends meet, How’s that feasible, plus to pass exams on time? What about the once’s who have just enough money to enroll themselves on studies, how they can get around all these costs of living there? Are there any subventions for destitute students?

You should only come to Canada to study if you have enough money to cover both your tuition and living expenses. It's dangerous to assume that you can support your living expenses through working in Canada while you study. You can work up to 20 hours per week while you are a full time student. However there is never a guarantee that you will get a job or get the full 20 hours. And you'll also most likely only be making minimum wage.

If you only have enough money to enroll yourself in your studies, then you won't be able to get a study permit approved and I would personally recommend that you not come to Canada. Wait until you have enough savings to cover both your tuition and living expenses. Otherwise you might find yourself in a very bad situation once you are here.

Good luck.

You should have the required funds to support your stay, not rely on work
