I made the payment today too & got the AWB number for my parents but they have not shared the forms we need to fill. I think they missed attaching the files. I have asked them again but considering their poor responses I am concerned if they will see my email or not. So just for safety, can someone share it here please? Our pickup is scheduled for tomorrow.

Hey guys! this link is from vfs global website and for all the people who have recently got or about to get the PPR. Before contacting vfs global, you can download the proforma and fill it in and then send the details to PassportSubmission@vfshelpline.com to register two way courier services with VFS global.
The people who already knows about this may kindly ignore this, but I hope this could be helpful to someone in coming days.

You should send an email again in response to the same email which you received from them. Also, if you didn't attach the screenshot of the payment confirmation, try to include that in this email or if you have already done that, then do that again.

Also what type of envelope u r using to put all forms and passport

If you are dropping it off at a Bluedart location, write that location’s address in the SMS form.

If someone other than the applicant will be dropping off and picking up the package, you need to fill out and submit the consent form as well.

I did both. But Still no response from them.

Keep trying again and if you don't receive it by morning, then you should again send emails tomorrow morning at or around 8:00 AM.
But I think they have to register your AWB number with bluedart couriers and if it's done already from their end, then you will get a call from the courier guy tomorrow.
Usually, when we get the AWB number from which we can check on the online tracking of bluedart. Which would show that pickup has been registered for a particular date. But in your case if you haven't received it yet, then I am afraid that u have to wait for another day. But keep bugging them after every 2 or three hours. Hopefully they would respond.

I need a help I got my passport request mail on November 23th 2020. But still I not yet received any courier instruction letter mail. Please tell me how long does it take usually. Any one faced same problem. Actually I'm so worried . When I I get 2- way courier instruction letter mail. Please reply me ASAP
