Hello Folks,

I am a newbie here.
Could someone help me to learn about the PCC submissions post ITA for EE candidates.
I have spent a total of 1,5 years in UAE and 1.5 years in Sultanate of OMAN for my work. But at the same time, I haven't stayed in any of these countries straight 6 months.
My max. stay in a single entry exit has never exceeded 3 months.
In such case, do I need to provide PCC from these countries.

For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant stayed in that country for 6 months or more in a row.

Thanks a ton for the clarification.
This means, I wont require to submit any PCC from these countries as I never stayed 6 months in a row in either of them.

No, you will almost certainly have to submit PCC for those countries at a later date via ADR.

Examples of when to get a police certificate
If you’re not sure if you need to get a police certificate, these examples may help you understand when you need one.

Example C: Several short stays in another country

Lailah studied in Spain between 2014 and 2017, for several 4-month study periods but she did not stay there for 6 months or more in a row. The system will not ask for a police certificate, but an officer may ask for one from Spain after she submits her application. To avoid delays, Lailah could ask for a police certificate from Spain and submit it with her application.

With your total being 1.5 years in each country, you will 100% receive a request for those PCC.

In that case, I shall start preparing the docs required for UAE and OMAN PCC as I have stayed there in the tenure from 2014-15 and 2017-18 respectively.
Pls share if any other information available with you for UAE and OMAN PCC for a person applying from India.
