Unfortunately there are no jobs and no employers on this forum.
You should assume it will not be possible to find a job in Canada to qualify for a temporary work permit.
If you want to move to Canada, you should focus on qualifying and applying to immigrate and become a PR.

There are tons of jobs here for equipment operators. Specially in Alberta and BC. I currently work in Oil and Gas industry in north Alberta and I say this from experience. Oil and Gas companies are always looking for haul truck operators and they pay them really well. But as scylla mentioned, you must focus on getting PR so that your transition here should be smooth.
