Can we get Medical refusal for 2 leg surgeries and being overweight?

Hello,
I had 2 leg surgeries in the past related to meniscus(2016-2017). My leg is fine now.
My other worry is that my weight is 118kg so can both of these things or one of these things lead to PR refusal?

Haha. I laughed the part about being overweight. It does not lead to refusal of any kind. It is actually a discrimination for them to do so.

Your surgeries depend if you require after-care like huge medicine, rehabilitation, etc... and how much these would cost to assess if it is an excessive demand to Health Canada.

Heh thx for the reply.
No there is no after care for these surgeries. I am on no medication either.
