Two 6 months diploma. Can it count as one?

Hi my brother did not complete my grade 12 and did my grade 10. I completed two 6 months diploma. Can he apply for immigration based in two 6 months diploma whihc cna be recognized as 1 year?

What is this for - express entry. What has the education been assessed as because most programs need to be at least 8 months.

If the two are only 6 months each then most likely no. But he needs them assessed by an ECA. You can try. He most likely needs at least a year program.
