Landing/settling in province different from COPR?

Good day my parents application approved via Parents/Grandparents Sponsorship. May I ask if there is a problem if my parents will land and stay different from their COPR and not in the province of their sponsor. They will stay in my older sister province.

Yes that is possible although you remain financially responsible for them.
