His last 2 applications from Edmonton got refused. This application was in Ottawa and got approved.
Applied on May 25 under SDS
Submitted the complete application with medical and biometrics
Medical Passed on July 13
AIP August 13
Biometric Validity Letter Dec 3
Passport Request Dec 3
