I think so brother. Raise a webform to be sure. Many of my friends (me included) raised webform and got AIP after that in the month of August and September

Sadly, I think they've stopped replying to webforms as of late. Even if my application has passed the estimated processing time by now. They must be buried under all the webforms sent to them daily no doubt.
