Is there anyone who recently got their work permit(LMIA based) approved from India?

LMIA applied on April 1st week and approved on June last week.

WP applied on 1st week on July and awaiting decision.

Biometrics done.

did you receive your Biometric validation letter? medical passed? if yes when?

Don't know about Biometric validation letter. My employer is processing my application. I provided my biometrics on Nov 10th. They provided my application status screen shot where biometric information such as biometric number and expiry date got updated. I can check with my immigration firm regarding the Biometric validation letter. Is that letter has in significance in our final decision?

Yes usually after getting BVL final decision follows soon. so better to ask for it.

Update
Got a request from medical panel physician on August 19th asking to come for some blood tests (They said IRCC said its urgent and i must come within 24 hours)
September 17 - Medical has been passed
September Mid - applied for ATIP notes
October 16th - Got ATIP notes, showing nothing other than medical passed. So basically useless

Never raised webform, thinking about applying for ATIP notes again.

Guys keep in mind - iRCC website currently shows work permit processing time of 32 weeks for applications from india, so most of us are still within the processing time. I know the processing times have been going up lately

Yes the processing time is a worrying factor. When my WP application got submitted in july, the expected processing time was 15 weeks and it's keep on increasing.

for all visa application types but this time due to COVID-19 everything has changed, they are processing applications till possible extent they can.

from my personal experience I can tell this. I got medical request and medical passed before biometrics.

Hello I Did my Biometrics on 7th Nov and Application filed on Oct 20th... So how long it will take with current delays to get the BVL ? Did you checked with your attorneys for the BVL ?
