Better not to include that. It may make your application weak. Usually VOs want you to go back to your home country after the completion of course.
i have propoetries in India and my mother wife and daughter will be in India during my study still they refused my application, this is my second attempt and my consultant told me to arrange a letter from the employer.

Did you order gcms notes? If not, order it before you reapply. Understand VO's observations and prepare sop and documents according to that.

what was reason given on refusal letter?
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Applying within a month of intake start is a sure way to get refused. It's already too late to meet up with January intake. Better to defer and get gcms notes.
