I graduated in July 2020. My Study Permit expired in August 2020. Somehow I managed to miss the 90 days deadline to apply for a PGWP without complication... so here we are facing complications. Due to Covid, CIC now extend Restoration deadline until Dec 31, so I still have a chance.
Sorry for my dumbness But I can't seem to figure out how to create a 1st-time PGWP application that includes the option for me to submit my Restoration status receipt as a student. Could someone give me a step by step walkthrough on the technicality itself?
Step 1: Pay for restoration status here

Step 2: Open a PGWP application on my personal account.
How should I answer the screening questions so that the PGWP application would have the Option to show that I am requesting a Restoration status at the same time?
