I initially applied in March, there was some problem with my documentation. I sent my application again in August, I guess that's why it was processed faster. Is your file Urgent or normal ?

Yes thats likely, they might try and process yours faster in line with the rest of the March applicants. Good luck!I initially applied in March, there was some problem with my documentation. I sent my application again in August, I guess that's why it was processed faster.
Sounds like AOR, did you check status online? Does your application show upI think there's some confusion going on... I just received this e-mail:
"You may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date.
We send messages to your account if we need something from you. When we do that, we'll also send you an email to this address: xxx@xx.ca.
Learn more about what to expect while you're waiting for us to process your application."
The subject has the application Number, but that's it. This isn't really the regular AOR but could be confused with it, I suppose?
Hi, please add me to the tracker. Based on current trends, the August cohort should expect AOR by March next year, I think?
Location: Toronto, ON
Application Type: Family (4)
Application Sent: August 20, 2020
Application Received: August 24, 2020

yes.Hello, my family and I got our AORs over the weekend (Nov 28).
Question: I did not write our names behind the photos, but they have the date stamp along with studio's name and address. All 4 applications were sent in the same envelope, with binder clips separating each family member's application package. Very relieved that CPC Sydney did not return our applications. Does receiving AORs mean we're all clear on this particular issue with the photos?
I can see my status (Application Received) on the ecas, application sent on 18th Aug, received on 24th Aug, AOR 27th Nov,
It also has my address updated and the note that the application was received on 24th Aug, a book Discover Canada was also mailed.
it doesn’t say IN PROCESS, this is normal?
Is this how the status should appear?
what should be the next status update?
And how frequently should I check it?
thank you.
I found this similar issue when I checked my application status on Ecas, home address is my current Canada address and mailing address is my old address ( that I used in my PR application) although in my citizenship form I mentioned both my mailing and home addresses as the one I am currently residing in Canada..but this has happened with lot of other people as well.Hi ALL,
I got my AOR about 2 days ago.
I checked the On-Line Services just now, I realized that they entered the "your current home address" correctly (as same as the information I put on the application form). However, under the "your current mailing address", there is a discrepancy, because I indicated on the application form that both my home address and mailing address are the same. They put a different address that I did not mention in any part of the application document.
Kindly checking with you all:
1. Should I concern about this issue? If yes, what shall I do to fix it? Or I shall wait for few more days as I got AOR only 2 days ago?
2. Will they send anything to the wrong mailing address at this phase of my application? If yes, how should I request them to resend to me?opened
Cheers
You will get it soon, there are june & july people waiting as well. They are looking at applications in some batches and then going back to complete the prev. months’Aug 12 here, still waiting anxiously for AOR.
Yes, if you have the application number. Is there any way to check the status on Evas without having the file number ?
I believe it is moving faster than how it was moving so far.Yes, that's normal. Earliest you would see IN PROCESS is couple of months from now, but it could take longer.
