Yesterday (Saturday) my ECAS status changed to "Decision Made". I asked my representative what it said in their portal and it doesn't show "Decision Made" there but it does say "100% completed". Good? Bad??

yea, I did.
I added my spouse as a dependent last year.
what is your question?
How long it took them to add it to your profile?
Does anything will be added on gckey?
And what documents where submitted?
I have sent them following docs via webform
1. PCC for home country
2. Fees paid including right of permanent residence fees
3. Additional family members form
4. New family information form
5. Spouses passport
5. Spouses upfront medical
6. Marriage certificate

It says "you should get your PR card within one week. We’ll send it to the mailing address in Canada you gave us.", will they email me the COPR prior to that? Also do you have any idea how I'm gonna get my passport back as well? Thank you

5. Spouses passport
5. Spouses upfront medical
6. Marriage certificate
It took them 4 months and 26 days to add spouse since I submitted the docs. for the dependent.
I submitted on 28 Feb 2019. Profile updated on 26 July 2019 stating Spouse added.

Yes, after they add your spouse, your file will be updated and you will receive an email too.
Your profile will have a new column "View Dependant" which will show the name, UCI no., Biometric (if any), Passport Expiry of the spouse.
I even got a medical request (8 May 2019) for myself only while waiting for the spouse to be added to the profile.

I submitted the following docs. while adding spouse:
1. updated Additional Family Information form (for me)
2. Birth Certificate (for spouse)
3. updated Generic Application form (for me)
4. PCC for home country (for spouse)
5. Marriage certificate
6. Spouse's passport
7. Joint Bank Account Details
8. Photos (before and after Marriage) (around 15 photos)
9. Letter of Explanation
10. Payment Receipt

I think these docs. were not enough for them. And, they ask for additional Doc.s on 13 Jan 2020. The requested information was as:

For me:
1. Schedule A: An updated and newly completed Schedule A (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature.
2. Proof of Relationship: Documents that demonstrate the couple’s relationship is developing socially, financially, personally and is known to the public domain. Example of documental evidence includes, but is not limited to: photos, proof of communication, statements of shared bank accounts/credit cards, proof of shared ownership of residential property, shared residential leases, shared rental receipts, bills for shared utilities accounts (such as electricity, gas or telephone), mail addressed to either or both of you at the same address, important documents for both of you showing the same address (such as identification documents, driver’s licences and insurance policies), tax returns, beneficiary, etc.
3. Client Information: Proof of employment, income and funds (T-4 statements and notices of assessment for the years 2018 and 2019, employer’s letter, bank statements).
For Spouse:
1. Additional Family Info IMM5406: A separate and newly completed form (IMM5406) bearing original signatures.
2. Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) IMM5562.
2. Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature.

I replied this ADR on 1 Feb 2020.
I personally feel the relationship proof was the key point to be look after. The way they requested the relationship information, try to focus more on this. I uploaded around 150 pics showing gifts to each other, chats, video calls, voice calls, personnel photos, photos with relatives and families, places visited etc.
