Yes, with three attachments. Certificate of nomination, nomination letter and WP support letter

To extend or to apply for work permit while your PR is being processed, so that you remain in Canada legally.

Same thing, one is with more details, terms and condition about your nominations. the shorter one is to be sent with your PR application
