I also see the Decision Made under PA, received Pre-arrival letter a couple days ago, should i be happy now that its approved? Or is still something to be worried about?Finally!!!!!!! today in ECAS on PA side it shows DECISION MADE

Yes you should be happy. You are approved as PR . You will get COPR soon and then you can apply for permanent resident card. Wish you good luck for your future life in Canada.
Hi, I hope can anyone answer my question. I submitted last March my spousal sponsor application but unfortunately I has been returned due to no signature for one document. Last week I submitted the application again but I make sure it was completes. Do you think the processing will start to zero again as the way I submitted before waiting for six months.

Next process will be same as any other VO, ie; Eligibility>>DM>>PPR>>BG checks>>CRIMs PPR may come in after Eligibility is OK BG checks>>CRIMs may happen be4 PPR and sometimes PPR is held for such screening like background checks, can go on forever. But don't be frightened as it happens in very rare cases. Usually security screening should take up to 90 days from the start And it can start early while other things are going on. BG check delay can happen due to past military services or long duration travel to other countries. And few other reasons like Federal Govt jobs Bonds etc

100% SURE SADLY will start from ZERO just like some one comes and pulls you out from a front of a BIG lineup. I feel this should change AND who will change it ? we all can by contacting them jointly. This missing signatures form could easily be re-submitted/uploaded without losing your turn.

My wife PA is in India but our file was in Ottawa. Do you mean she will receive PPR email from New Delhi, India on her email OR would it be from Ottawa office on my lawyer's email?
Apparently she will have to submit PPT after a PPR , but who gets it She should in her given email, an info can be easily seen on ecas or gckeys Check my Signatures I check ECAS and GCkeys many times a day
