Hallo everyone,
I have a question regarding an ARC. I've got request for copy of passports, fee peyment for arc and PR, I know I don't need separate aplication for ARC but should I send supporting leter with passports and proof of payment??

This is what I found an CIC pages:
"If you are applying to come to Canada for any reason, (visiting, studying, working or immigrating),you should not submit a separate application for an ARC. If your application is approved, the ARC will be dealt within the context of that application. You will simply be asked to submit the fee".

Please, I need any advice .

I have a question my visa office only ask for letter about my deportation but they didn’t ask for ARC fee when they will ask for fee

It is up to you to pay the fee.

is that a normal process they ask for letter first and then fee for ARC or it just me because what I see everybody on this forum got letter and fee request at the same time

Hello, Can sombody please help me, I was deported in 2005 from Canada, now I am US citizen. IRCC has asked me to apply for ARC in order to visit Canada. Can somebody please send me the application form to apply for ARC. I cant find it online as I am applying for USA.

There is no separate application form for ARC, simply follow the guidelines on CIC'S s official website.

Follow the steps here, specifically for those who are visa / eta exempt.

Hi to everyone.
I am visiting this site after a long time.
Once I were a PR holder which I lost and I was given Departure order. My appeal before IAD was also dismissed, thereafter my Judicial Review was also dismissed. Then I left the Canada without informing Immigration Department. Now I have an invitation for my family to attend wedding ceremony of my nephew. What should I do first and what application should I file to overcome my departure order.

we have applied for ARC for my husband from india. We filed for spousal sponsorship application and is approved now but they did not ask us for the ARC so we sent it in to new delhi visa office on 7 august. What is the current time line of AOR for ARC. Can anybody help!

My eldest son is 9 years old and I have three other children. The Taliban came to my house twice to kill me. Once they were at our house with Tablighi Jamaat in Jalalabad city. I was not at home. My wife's gold computer and cash 50000 Another time, the Afghani took a big mobile phone, a working mobile phone, another office, an IPAT mobile phone, which was given by the IRC office, and he took eighteen hundred dollars. Jalalabad security office has informed during the process that you are wanted. The first time we shared the theft report with the head of the IRC named Idris Kamui and the second time the Taliban came on the pretext of killing my Samsor, then they locked my house, I did not go. I went to Kabul and reported everything to the security office IRc if I could not be found. The Taliban told my wife that we will kill you and your husband and four children, just like we killed your father-in-law. The next time he caught me, he told me that your father was a foreign worker because we died and the woman had to leave the internitonl Recue Commte (IRC) office. My wife has left her job because she is working with foreigners. My wife has HR letter and recommendation letter as well. Because we live in secret we have nothing. Please save our lives
