This is very normal.

What we told them over my partner’s application was that although we had friends and family in other parts of Canada, that didn’t dictate where we were to settle. Rather, we will go where there is an opportunity for us.

That said, we added further proof that we had begun to prepare to settle in Nova Scotia, such as reaching out to individuals and groups of people with the same background as our. We also mentioned we had reached out to realtors for potential accommodations as well as mentioned a couple of local issues we hope to be resolved before we arrived.

Basically, prove to them that you are indeed keen on moving to NS.

What is it that they asked about your intent?

My fiancee submitted quite a simple essay about hers. Basically it covered how she intended to get her life running in Nova Scotia and what she planned to do after she’s gotteb then.

Essentially answering, “When you move to Nova Scotia: 1. How do you intent to adjust to life there, 2. What do you plan to do there/ see yourself doing there?, and 3. What next?”

Hi, is that possible to share it ? Me too uploaded same kind of essay, but it seems officer is not convinced. He asked me to submit intent to settle within next 10 days.. I am clueless now. I appreciate if you can help here ( I know I can not give same content, but at least I would have some fair idea)
